Responsibility:?Concepts development in line with requirement or idea from product manager/customer.?Work closely together with product manager to reach feasible new product specification.?Product detailed design, with all solutions which are verified through prototyping and simulation when necessary.?Coordinate/closely work with engineering, quality and other function team to guarantee feasibility of manufacture and easy control of product quality.?Support product realization and validity via the ****s--sample ****uation pre-testing, design change or optimization till it passes type tests.?Strictly work conforming to relevant process and industry standard. Profile:?Bachelor or above degree with related mechanical majors. ?5 years or above Engineering or product development knowledge especially in connectors/Plastic/Stamping/Fastener components or similar field as our product ?Rich of innovation ideas with Invention Patents for related products?Fluent both oral and written English.?Proficient in 2D and 3D design software of Auto CAD, Catia, Pro/E, or Solidworks.?Rich interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure ?High initiative/teamwork problem solving in effective and appropriate mode with data support willing to learn and share.
