崗位職責：1、熟悉多種機器人硬件平臺，如 ABB、川崎工業機器人，Robotstudio、RobotMaster 機器人套件等，能進行機器人本體組裝、電氣連接、參數調試，解決常見硬件故障；2、掌握計算機視覺技術，進行圖像預處理、特征提取、目標識別與跟蹤，實現機器人視覺引導的抓取、裝配等操作，通過視覺 、SLAM 等技術輔助機器人自主建圖與定位優先；3、熟練掌握 C++/Python 編程語言，運用 C++ 實現機器人底層控制算法優化，提高執行效率；用 Python 快速開發數據處理、機器學習輔助腳本，完成機器人狀態監測與輔助功能；4、熟練掌握機器人操作系統（ROS），熟練運用 ROS 進行機器人建模、仿真、導航、運動控制等任務開發，具備多個基于 ROS 的項目實踐經驗，能獨立搭建 ROS 開發環境并調試復雜節點間通信問題；要求：1、本科及以上學歷，自動化、電氣工程、機電一體化、機械設計制造及自動化、材料成型及控制工程（焊接）或相關專業畢業；2、熟悉ABB、FANUC等品牌機器人的調試，5年以上工業機器人調試和編程經驗；3、具備良好的團隊合作和溝通能力，具備良好的學習鉆研能力，具備較強的抗壓能力；4、動手與學習能力強及有良好的抗壓能力強；5、擁有工業機器人生產非標產品件的行業經驗優先；6、擁有工業機器人系統集成工程師證書，機器人技術與應用工程師（CRA）優先。
