the position will involve in the following tasks:
1. Finance Department Administration:
? Finance Job allocation.
? Accountant recruitment, training, performance review and personal development plan.
? Maintain procedure of internal control


2. Check and finalize MA
? Finalize MA timely
? Finalize MA correctly


3. Check and finalize annual statutory accounts
? Finalize statutory accounts timely.
? Finalize statutory accounts correctly.


4. Check and finalize annual financial reporting package
? Finalize annual financial reporting package timely.
? Finalize annual financial reporting package correctly.


5. Maintain relationship with external auditor, tax consultant, bank and GM
? Maintain relationship with external auditor
? Maintain relationship with bank.
? Maintain relationship with tax consultants.
? Maintain relationship with local Admin and Finance staff


6. Cash Management
? Check weekly cash forecast
? Control local cash balance


7. OP control
? Prepare OP draft
? Management of discrepancies between budget and actual.


8. Implement financial procedure.
? Make sure finance transaction comply with group policy
? Make sure finance transaction compliance with local policy.


9. Other Project
? Other ad hoc job
? Backup for department other position


Requirements：
1.At least 5 years relevant working experience, 2 years management working experience gained from multinational trading company( experienced in an industrial corporation will be better)


2.Bachelor degree. Accounting or business management background. CPA or equivalent is preferred.


3.Good command of English


4.Experienced in basic office applications and advanced in Excel or other spreadsheet software.
