-Setup of the production equipment and be responsible for achieving output target as well as the products meet all company and customer requirements

-Must make sure that the related process step follows strictly the standard parameter, SOP and SIP

-Monitor the production incl. parameter adjustment when necessary, deal with quality failures (appearance and dimension) and machine alarms

-Fill out the related production daily reports with correct data at the end of shift and submit it immediately to Shift leader

-Be able to setup production for equipment and tool, can deal with common defects. Inform technician and supervisor in time, if defect cannot be solved by him/herself

-Regularly check the compliance with EHS procedures and regulations including proper use of industrial safety equipment

-Participate the CIP workshop concerning related operation and process to reduce the down time, cycle time and enhance the process stability and production efficiency

-Can be transferred to other tasks/departments if training for temporary job has been done in advance and must be able to take over operator jobs temporarily (e.g. short of manpower)

-Participate in daily 5S philosophy and need to keep their work area clean and in order

Qualification Requirements 任職資格
-College or university graduate, preferably Engineering major
大專或大學(xué)畢業(yè), 最好是工程專業(yè)
-More than 3 years working experience in injection molding, spray painting, laser etching or pad printing field
在注塑, 噴漆, 鐳射或移印有 3 年以上工作經(jīng)驗
-Familiar with the following machine/equipment brands: Demag, Arburg, Engel, Wittmann (Injection technician), FOBA and HG (Laser technician), GRACO (Painting/printing technician
熟悉一下機器設(shè)備品牌: Demag, Arburg, Engel, Wittmann (注塑技術(shù)員), FOBA and HG (鐳射技術(shù)員), GRACO (噴漆 / 移印技術(shù)員)
-Ability to read and understand drawings, technical documents, specification sheets etc.
