Consultant(Fin-Tech)
Job Purpose
Provide professional industry consulting services to assist Chinese companies in their initial public offering on HKEx and overseas stock markets
Provide commercial due diligence services to enable investors to fully understand the growth prospects and competitive strengths of the listing companies and to evaluate their investments
Provide clients with strategic consulting and management consulting services

Responsibility:
Independently conduct primary research by connecting and interviewing experts from target companies and other relevant parties
Independently conduct secondary research through multiple sources with regard to the macro economy, industry, and target company, etc.
Draft discussion guide for different interviewees basing on specific requirements and objectives of the project
Assist project manager in project planning, briefing, researching, modeling and data validation
Prepare and draft executive summaries as well as comprehensive research reports in English
Liaise with investment banks or private equity clients to address their queries and follow up with their comments if necessary

Job Requirement:
Solid academic background
Bachelor degree or above from a top school is a must. MBA would be a plus related industry
Fin-Tech related experience or major is preferred
Experience in financial services, consulting would be a plus, high caliber fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
Strong quantitative analysis skill
2 years’ work experience with outstanding track records and leadership capability, candidates with deep industry knowledge are preferred
Proven analytical and problem solving ability, superb communication skill and strong team spirits are essential
Fluent English speaking and writing
Proficiency in Cantonese is a plus

國(guó)內(nèi)外頂尖學(xué)校本科或以上學(xué)歷，MBA學(xué)位優(yōu)先，金融或咨詢相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮
